Performance degradation on edge routers is causing slow performance on creating share & passing traffic Wednesday 14th February 2024 14:30:00

Some of the backend edge routers are showing symptoms of degradation & we are trying to stay ahead of it. This will require restarting one of more of edge routers while we increase/adjust the levels of capacity they can handle.

Please note: Long-running share connections will impacted by the edge router restarts.

We have added increase capacity to our backend edge routers but are still seeing some performance issues. We are investigating & will return with our findings.
