Stuck Environments - Web & CLI returned 500 when disabling/deleting

Public Shares HTTP 500 during enable/disable & adding/removing shares

The system is now operational. The rate limiters are still in place preventing anyone from overrunning the system again. Please continue to post issues on discourse.

Public Shares Performance issues causing HTTP 500 during enable/disable & adding/removing shares

The system is still in recovery. The new version of zrok & more aggressive rate limits are allowing the system to catch up.

    Public Shares Shares & Environments are getting http 500

    All services are currently experiencing HTTP 500. We are investigating.

  • System is now operational

  • A new version of the zrok has been pushed into production this morning. We have also added increased rate limiters to reduce pressure on the system while it catches up. Users are encouraged to stop automated systems from continuing to flood the API while the system catches up.

  • A major clean effort has been complete & we are slowly allowing connections back into the system.

  • We have identified the major issues & are working through recovering the system. This will take at least another day before services will be restored.

  • We are continuing to troubleshoot. We have identified some issues & are attempting to rectify the problem.

    Public Shares Intermittent share issues with error 500

    We are experiencing ongoing issues with enabling/disabling environments. Work is underway to fix the underline issue, please stay tuned for further updates.
