All services are currently experiencing HTTP 500. We are investigating.
System is now operational
A new version of the zrok has been pushed into production this morning. We have also added increased rate limiters to reduce pressure on the system while it catches up. Users are encouraged to stop automated systems from continuing to flood the API while the system catches up.
A major clean effort has been complete & we are slowly allowing connections back into the system.
We have identified the major issues & are working through recovering the system. This will take at least another day before services will be restored.
We are continuing to troubleshoot. We have identified some issues & are attempting to rectify the problem.
