Zrok services unavailable in some locations

We have received reports of issues connecting to zrok shares. We have identified the issue and are taking steps to mitigate. We appreciate your patience while we continue to recover services.

  • All services are now operational.

  • Services are and have been recovering and returning to normal. We are continuing to see some spurious errors and are monitoring the situation.

    Public Shares Unable to Access Public Share through Asia Connectors

    We are investigating the issues with our Asia deployed frontends.

  • We will be bringing up the Asia endpoint back on Monday.

  • All service are online now. We have temporarily redirected our Asia traffic over to Europe while we investigate the root issues & will restore local services as soon as possible.

  • We have identified the issue. We have several bad shares hitting our system in that region that are causing the frontend to disconnect. We are in process of recovering the systems. Will update again, once it's fixed.
